All prices on the site are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and prices are inclusive of the government levied Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently calculated at the rate of 15% unless the delivery destingation is outside of New Zealand then prices are zero rated for GST purposes.
All sales are final. Your statutory rights under the consumer guarantee act apply.
Generally No Refunds will be issued, but we are a reasonable bunch and will review any requests on a case by case basis.
Cancellations and Returns:
- Cancellation of orders will incur a 15% restocking fee, and may only be done prior to shipping.
- Returns are not accepted without prior written arrangement.
- Delivery of items is within New Zealand is effected by New Zealand Post, Tracked Parcel Post Service, with a 1 to 3 day delivery target time.
- Delivery Outside of New Zealand is by New Zealand Post International Courier service. This is tracked and signature required upon delivery. Target Delivery times 2-6 working days.If in the unlikely event goods arrive to you in a damaged condition, DO NOT ACCEPT delivery. Return to Sender and we will organise a replacement or refund at our discretion after reviewing the specific circumstances.
